About the Role
Step into a role with the BHAFC Foundation, where you will spearhead the Foundation's individual giving strategies to smash income targets and significantly deepen donor engagement. This role involves bringing the energy to planning exciting fundraising events, from electric matchday takeovers to competitive quiz nights and action-packed challenge events. Collaboration is at the heart of this position — you'll partner seamlessly with stakeholders to boldly promote the Foundation's regular giving initiatives.
The Foundation is looking for a collaborative, idea-driven team player who lives and breathes its ethos — an inspiring spokesperson ready to champion all income streams and transform community passion into life-changing funds.
What You'll Do
Support the development and delivery of the individual giving strategies to increase income and donor engagement to achieve required income targets
Plan, deliver and/or support fundraising events such as Matchday Takeovers, Quiz Nights, Challenge Events and more
Create, execute and evaluate campaigns to increase the number of Community Champions and in-memory supporters
Work with the Communications team and Senior Fundraising Executive to actively promote Community Champions across the Foundation's programme of fundraising
Plan and deliver stewardship events for existing Community Champions to share the impact of their support and promote an upgrade campaign
Develop relationships with key supporters to nurture ongoing support and encourage Community Fundraising
Develop and deliver ongoing promotions for regular giving, including working with the Club media and Commercial team to promote the Community Champions programme
Promote and develop special occasion giving, such as weddings, birthdays and anniversaries

Practical Details
Location: 136 Freshfield Road offices, Brighton
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent
