The Andrew Simpson Foundation is looking for a creative, organised and proactive Campaigns Officer to join its growing Development Team.

The Andrew Simpson Foundation is a sailing charity that creates life-changing journeys on the water. It uses sailing and watersports as a tool for education, wellbeing and community connection, working to four pillars of impact: enabling active participation, developing skills and personal pathways, building connected communities and championing environmental engagement.
About the role
You will own key fundraising campaigns through the year, turning agreed briefs into campaigns that generate income, strengthen supporter relationships and show the difference the Foundation's work makes. You will also play a leading role in day-to-day digital communications across the ASF Family.
- Develop ideas, create content, coordinate delivery and evaluate campaign results
- Gather participant stories and create written, photographic and video content
- Prepare updates and reports, and support press and event communications
About you
- Experience planning, delivering and evaluating multi-channel campaigns
- Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Strong organisation and project management, including deadlines and budgets
- Experience creating content for email, websites and social media
- Confident capturing and lightly editing video
- Not-for-profit fundraising experience is an advantage; knowledge of sailing and watersports is desirable
Key details
- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per year, depending on experience
- Contract: full time, permanent
- Location: Portsmouth (PO3 5LY) or Poole (BH14 8UF), with occasional UK travel
- Reports to: Outreach and Communications Manager
