Club Doncaster Foundation is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Community Coach to join our team, delivering programmes and making a positive difference to people across Doncaster.
This is a varied and rewarding role, with the opportunity to work across a wide range of Foundation programmes. From supporting teachers and pupils within primary school PE, to delivering mentoring and targeted interventions in secondary schools, community programmes and Doncaster Rovers matchday activities, no two weeks will look quite the same.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about using sport and physical activity to engage, inspire and support people, while building positive relationships with schools, community organisations and local partners.
Key responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering high-quality sport, physical activity and community programmes.
Supporting PE delivery within local schools and working positively alongside teaching staff.
Delivering mentoring, education and targeted intervention programmes with young people.
Building strong relationships with schools, grassroots clubs, community groups and other local partners.
Supporting Doncaster Rovers matchday and community engagement activities.
Promoting health, education, inclusion and participation through the power of sport and the Doncaster Rovers brand.
Completing the monitoring, evaluation and administration required to demonstrate the impact of our programmes.
Representing Club Doncaster Foundation professionally and positively across the community.
