Exeter City Community Trust is looking for an Education Programme Lead to join our Education Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers, build confidence and achieve positive outcomes.
Working primarily within secondary schools, you'll deliver educational programmes and mentoring that support engagement, attendance, behaviour, wellbeing and aspiration, while building strong relationships with pupils, schools, families and professionals.
Role details:
💷 £27,583 per annum
📍 Exeter City Football Club, St James Park
📄 Permanent contract
⏰ 37.5 hours per week
📅 Applications close: 21 August 2026
🎓 Full year, with the option of term time only
We're looking for someone with experience working with children and young people, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a genuine commitment to helping young people succeed.
