About the Organisation
Huddersfield Town Foundation is the official charity of Huddersfield Town AFC. Founded in 2012 and based at the Leeds Road Sports Complex, the Foundation works across Kirklees to improve the lives of local people through sport, education and health. Its work spans programmes for children aged 5–11 and young people aged 11–16, post-16 education, adult provision, holiday camps and rehabilitation programmes, alongside community initiatives such as Fans for Foodbanks and its Early Kick-Off breakfast clubs, which give children a free, nutritious start to the school day.
About the Role
Huddersfield Town Foundation is looking for a Marketing and Communications Executive to tell the story of its work and raise its profile with supporters, partners and the wider community.
The role sits within the Foundation's fundraising and partnerships function, reporting to the Fundraising & Partnerships Manager, with additional support from the Football Club's Head of Communications. Although employed by the Foundation, the post holder will split their time between the club at the Accu Stadium and the Foundation at the Leeds Road Sports Complex. The arrangement is designed to strengthen collaboration between the two organisations and make the most of shared resources and expertise.
This is a permanent, full-time position, and a good opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in communications at the point where professional football and community impact meet.
What You'll Do
Deliver marketing and communications activity that promotes the work of Huddersfield Town Foundation
Work closely with the Football Club's communications team, sharing expertise and resources across both organisations
Support the Foundation's fundraising and partnerships work through marketing and communications
Cover Huddersfield Town match days and Foundation fundraising events

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, with flexible working options available
Working pattern: Core hours Monday to Friday. Work on Huddersfield Town match days and fundraising events is required, with time off in lieu given
Contract: Permanent
