About the Organisation

MAN v FAT runs year-round men's weight loss and wellbeing communities through Football and Rugby clubs, exclusively designed for men with a BMI of 27.5 and above. Launched in 2016, the programme is endorsed and supported by the FA and Sport England, with players losing hundreds of thousands of lbs across more than 160 clubs UK-wide. About the Role

MAN v FAT is looking for a Health and Wellbeing Coach to support players and ensure the smooth running of its club at Park Community School, Havant, held Mondays 8:00–9:30pm. Support and motivate players around weight loss and healthy lifestyle changes
Deliver player weigh-ins each Monday session
Facilitate a safe and effective session for players
Complete club-related admin, including some online data entry, throughout the week

Well organised, with strong time management
Excellent communication skills
An understanding - or first-hand experience - of weight loss
Comfortable using a computer, with access to your own device
A current First Aid qualification, or willingness to undertake one before starting
Access to your own transport, as equipment needs transporting to and from sessions (full training and equipment provided)
Hired on attitude over traditional skills and experience
