An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Tigers Trust as an Education Delivery Officer within the Primary Education team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day development and delivery of curriculum and enrichment programmes across primary schools throughout Hull and the surrounding area.
You will use the power and appeal of Hull City AFC and Tigers Trust to engage children in high-quality educational, physical activity and personal development opportunities that support their health, wellbeing, aspirations and life skills. The role will focus on delivering a range of classroom-based, practical and extracurricular activities that enhance learning, improve confidence and resilience, encourage positive behaviours and support children to achieve their full potential.
Working closely with schools, teaching staff, local partners and community organisations, you will ensure the effective planning, delivery and evaluation of programmes that respond to local need and contribute to positive outcomes for children and young people. You will build and maintain strong relationships with educational settings and key stakeholders, supporting the growth and sustainability of the Trust's primary education offer.
You will support the achievement of project outcomes, monitoring requirements and Premier League Foundation objectives while ensuring all activity is delivered in accordance with safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion and organisational policies.
