ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
ABILITY Blues is Bedford Blues Foundation's inclusive multisport programme, launched in 2020 with support from The National Lottery's Million Hour Fund, giving disabled children and young people the chance to experience the benefits of being physically active. Sessions at Bunyan Sports Centre, Mile Road, Bedford: Saturday mornings (9-10am for ages 5-10, 10-11am for ages 11-18) and Tuesdays 4-5pm for ages 10-18 with learning difficulties. £3 per session; the first session is free.
