ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME

Ability Counts is a pan-disability football format from Rochdale AFC Community Trust that brings together players with different disabilities so they can play together. It opens up opportunities for players, including going to different football academies to play in tournaments and games, and a pathway to the Trust's adult teams, which compete in the FA Greater Manchester Ability Counts Football League. Free sessions for ages 8 to 16 run on Tuesdays from 6pm to 7pm at Middleton Playzone (King George V Playing Fields) and on Wednesdays from 4pm to 5pm on the Kick Pitch at the Crown Oil Arena, with a separate Down's syndrome session at Oulder Hill on Tuesdays.
