Adaptive snowsport coaching and group sessions
ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
Disability Snowsport UK (DSUK) provides adaptive skiing and snowboarding lessons, coaching and group sessions for disabled children and adults, with tailored adaptive equipment and specialist instructors. Its regional snowsport schools run year-round at partner snow centres and slopes: Manchester (The Snow Centre), Hemel Hempstead, Tamworth (Snowdome), Rossendale and Sandown in England, and Edinburgh (Midlothian Snowsports Centre), Glasgow and Bearsden in Scotland, with mountain sessions at Cairngorm and Glencoe in season. Lessons are open to disabled people of any age, including sit-ski and visually impaired options; school, charity and community group sessions can be tailored. Lessons are paid (for example private lessons from £75 and group lessons £40 per person, with discounts for DSUK members) and can be booked via the DSUK booking line on 01479 788 770 or at hello@disabilitysnowsport.org.uk.
