Bridging the Blues (Chelsea FC Foundation)
ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
Bridging the Blues is a Chelsea FC Foundation programme, funded by the Premier League Foundation and Northwest London NHS, for people living with long-term health conditions including cardiac, pulmonary, stroke and cancer recovery. Using exercise as medicine, it combines structured physical activity with education to improve physical and mental wellbeing, and creates safe, supportive spaces where participants can connect through shared lived experience, reducing isolation and building confidence in managing their health for the long term.
