Brightstar Counterpunch (mental health boxing and talking groups)

Counterpunch is Brightstar Community's mental health programme: group sessions that combine boxing with talking-based support. Brightstar's current website lists its Community sessions, including the Counterpunch mental health groups and mentoring, as supporting varied and vulnerable groups, and the charity runs its programmes across the West Midlands. Brightstar is a boxing charity based at Unit 1 Old Smithfield Industrial Estate, Aston Street, Shifnal TF11 8DT (organisation base; Counterpunch session venues are not published). Current pages do not publish a Counterpunch session schedule, referral route, cost or age eligibility, so those fields are left blank rather than carried over from older programme materials.
