Chance for Change (Stoke City Foundation)
ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
Chance for Change is Stoke City Foundation's free weekly wellbeing groups for adults in Stoke-on-Trent who want to become more confident and feel better by improving their physical and mental wellbeing. The groups welcome everyone, including people who have not exercised in years or are unhappy with their weight, and offer more energy and confidence, connections with like-minded and supportive people, tools and advice for bringing light activity into daily routines, and practical tips for eating well.
