Changing Directions (Brentford FC Community Sports Trust)
ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
Through the Changing Directions programme, mentors at Brentford FC Community Sports Trust work closely with young people referred by schools and Youth Justice Services, who attend weekly one-to-one mentoring sessions to raise aspirations and divert them away from risk-taking or criminal behaviour. The programme was made possible by the Premier League and Professional Footballers' Association Players' Fund, administered through the Premier League Foundation.

ACCESSIBILITY
Weekly one-to-one mentoring for young people referred by schools and Youth Justice Services. Referrers can contact the Trust's community engagement team at ce@brentfordfccst.com.
