City Thrive
ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
City Thrive harnesses the power of football to normalise stigmatised conversations around mental health. Football sessions, group workshops and one-to-one mentoring educate young people up to 25 about mental health and equip them with tools to regulate their own wellbeing. Developed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic in partnership with Royal Manchester Children's Hospital and CAMHS, with a designated CAMHS practitioner based within CITC.
