D40 and Super 9s Disability Cricket (Leicestershire and Rutland Cricket Foundation)
ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
Leicestershire and Rutland Cricket Foundation is developing its Disability Cricket offer, including opportunities to play in the Super 9s and D40 competitions, for players with physical or learning disabilities. D40 is a competitive hard-ball format played over 40 overs with some adaptations; Super 9s is a softball format played with an incrediball, suited to players who are new to cricket or prefer a less intense game. Both formats form part of the Foundation's disability cricket pathway and teams are being built now.
