Empower Her (Rochdale AFC Community Trust)
ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
Empower Her is a weekly football programme from Rochdale AFC Community Trust, delivered in partnership with NHS Pennine Care Foundation Trust, for girls aged 6 to 11 who are open to CAMHS. Sessions run at Milnrow Memorial Park in two age groups (6 to 8 and 9 to 11) and provide a positive space where the girls can feel comfortable, supported and part of a team. While football is at the heart of the programme, it gives the girls a chance to develop their confidence, try something new, make new friendships and enjoy being active in a welcoming environment.

ACCESSIBILITY
