Forget Me Notts
ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
Forget Me Notts is Trent Bridge Community Trust's free sport and social programme for people living with dementia and their carers. It aims to reduce social isolation, encourage physical activity and support people directly and indirectly affected by dementia. Sessions mix social activities such as bingo, quizzes and chat with sport including golf, indoor bowls, indoor curling, dance-based exercise and chair exercise, plus short periods of carer respite and expert advice through a carers group. It has upwards of 110 members across venues in Rushcliffe, including Trent Bridge, Rushcliffe Arena and Edwalton Golf Club.
