Foundations 4 Life (Leicester Riders Foundation)
ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
Foundations 4 Life is a practical programme from Leicester Riders Foundation that equips secondary school students with key life skills for their future careers, financial independence and mental wellbeing. Delivered by Leicester Riders players and Foundation staff, it combines personal development with sport through a two-hour in-school roadshow of four workshops: interview preparation, financial literacy, mental health and stress management, and a basketball skills session. Participating schools are invited to the Foundations 4 Life Tournament at the Mattioli Arena before a Leicester Riders home game, with 10 student tickets and 2 staff tickets for each school.
