Frame Running
ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
Frame Running (formerly known as RaceRunning) is an adaptive athletics discipline for people with a physical disability or impaired balance, using a three-wheeled running frame with a saddle and handlebars and no pedals. Cerebral Palsy Sport supports frame running clubs and taster opportunities, helping people with cerebral palsy and other physical disabilities run and race, many for the first time.
