ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
A wellbeing programme for young people aged 16-25, delivered in a community setting. World class athlete mentors use personal, social and emotional development techniques to build confidence, resilience and self-esteem and to support physical and mental health. Participants plan and deliver a local social action project. Delivered in three stages over 6 to 12 months, in person, online or blended. Eligibility is ages 16-25 only; the 12-16 age filter on this site reflects age 16, not younger participants.
