Match for Minds (Rochdale AFC Community Trust)
ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
Match for Minds is a free football session from Rochdale AFC Community Trust that aims to improve both physical and mental health. Coaches are there every week to help participants enjoy their football and to signpost them to mental health services such as Andy's Man Club and Samaritans; Andy's Man Club meets at the Trust's Our Spot Community Hub at the stadium straight after the Monday session. It is open to anyone who wants to play, with or without experience. Sessions run on Mondays from 6pm to 7pm on the Kick Pitch at the Crown Oil Arena and from 5:30pm to 6:30pm at Milnrow Playzone.
