ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME

A weekly session at The Hawthorns for people living with dementia or Alzheimer's, created with the NHS for football fans. Participants reminisce and share stories of the Black Country and West Bromwich Albion with John Homer and sometimes a former player. Free to attend. The page says the group is currently at full capacity and a waiting list is available through the named contact.
