ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME

A programme for anyone who currently serves or has served in the Armed Forces, with football and social sessions to stay active, build relationships and support mental and physical health. A free football hour for Armed Forces members and their dependents runs every Tuesday 8-9pm at West View Leisure Centre, Ribbleton Lane, Preston PR1 5EP, with chances to represent the Trust at regional and national tournaments.
