Premier League Kicks
ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
Premier League Kicks uses free weekly football, other sports and education workshops to engage young people aged 8-18 who are at risk of anti-social behaviour or youth violence, or who live in high-need areas. Set up as a partnership between the Premier League and the Metropolitan Police, it is now delivered by 93 club charities across the Premier League, English Football League and National League, covering 40 police force areas in England and Wales. Alongside football it offers mentoring, volunteering and social action, and routes into education, training and employment, with growing work to engage girls and disabled young people. The Premier League has invested GBP 106m in the programme via the Premier League Foundation, with a further GBP 20m committed over the next two years.
