Rise Gymnastics
ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
Rise Gymnastics is British Gymnastics' recreational gymnastics programme and award scheme for children, delivered through its member clubs, partner schools and leisure centre partners in recognised environments ranging from dedicated gymnastics facilities to school halls and church halls. Deliverers progress through the Discover, Explore and Excel phases with session planning tools, skill videos and progress tracking on the Rise Hub, and children earn certificates and medals through the award scheme. Delivery resources are exclusive to British Gymnastics member clubs and partners; clubs, schools and leisure centres can get started via the My BG Shop, and British Gymnastics can be contacted at memberservices@british-gymnastics.org or on 0345 1297129.
