ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
Cheltenham Town Community Trust delivers free weekly seated exercise sessions in local libraries in partnership with Gloucestershire Libraries, as part of its Active Ageing programme. Designed for older adults and anyone who would benefit from gentle, low-impact physical activity, the sessions are a welcoming way to improve strength, balance and mobility while meeting new people. Sessions run at Longlevens, Winchcombe, Stroud, Quedgeley and Oakley libraries; at Longlevens Library they take place on Mondays from 11am to 11:45am.
