Second Chance Academy (Millwall Community Trust)
ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
The Millwall Second Chance Academy is an employability and training programme run by Millwall Community Trust for aspiring young people, including trainees released by a football academy or currently out of education or employment. It is an 8-12-week full-time football and sport industry employment and pre-employability programme. Trainees learn, train and work like day-to-day professionals at Millwall, with full-time football training from UEFA and FA licensed coaches, work experience within the Trust and Millwall FC, and employability and industry qualifications. The aim is to help trainees into employment or further education, and where appropriate a place on Millwall's Post-16 Academy and Education programmes.
