See My Voice
ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
See My Voice is British Blind Sport's sports leadership programme for young people with disabilities aged 14-19. Young Leaders gain confidence and life skills through volunteering in sport - since 2018 the programme has supported 194 young people to volunteer over 3,110 hours across the UK. BBS is currently working with Sport Birmingham, Active Gloucestershire and Together Active (Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent) to deliver the project in clubs and communities across the West Midlands and the South West. A See My Voice toolkit helps sports organisations offer accessible volunteering opportunities. Participant cost is not published; enquiries via the British Blind Sport office.
