Sitting Volleyball
ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
Sitting volleyball is Volleyball England's adapted format of the game, played seated on either side of a lowered net, making volleyball accessible to disabled and non-disabled players together. Sessions and clubs run across England, from recreational play to competition, and the format is open to all ages and abilities.
