ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME

Sky Blue Minds is a free physical activity programme from Sky Blues in the Community, the official charity of Coventry City FC, for adults in Coventry and Warwickshire. Sessions are designed around each participant's abilities, goals and pace, with a varied mix of sports and games that can be adapted so everyone can take part comfortably and confidently, and no previous experience is needed. The programme includes adult open access sessions (football, basketball, badminton, table tennis and tennis), women-only sessions, mental health and wellbeing workshops, and social events and activities. Taking part aims to improve mental health and wellbeing, build confidence, increase fitness and create meaningful social connections with people in the local community.
