The Daily Mile
ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
The Daily Mile is a free, simple initiative that gets children in primary schools and nurseries outside for 15 minutes of running, jogging, wheeling or walking each day, at their own pace, in fresh air with friends. It is non-competitive, needs no kit or set-up, and fits into the school day: children run or wheel for 15 minutes at least three times a week, building fitness and improving concentration, mood and behaviour. Eligibility is children of nursery and primary school age; the age filters are overlapping search bands.
