Walking Cricket (Durham Cricket Foundation)
ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
Durham Cricket Foundation runs free weekly walking cricket sessions for people over 50, all year round, across more than 10 community hubs in County Durham and the wider North East - including Durham City, Washington, Stanley, Spennymoor, Shildon, Barnard Castle and South Tyneside. Played with plastic equipment and a softball with no running allowed, sessions combine warm-up drills and small games before a match, and are open to any ability or experience. A social, gentle-paced way to stay active. Contact: reception@durhamcricket.co.uk
