Walking Football (Hibernian Community Foundation)
ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
Hibernian Community Foundation runs weekly walking football in Leith, a slower version of the game with no running and minimal contact, designed to let people keep playing while reducing the chance of injury. The programme is aimed at the over 50s, but players of all ages and abilities are welcome, and it is a way to keep fit, learn skills and socialise. Sessions take place at Leith Academy every Friday from 3.45pm to 4.45pm.
