Walking Netball
ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
Walking Netball is England Netball's friendly, inclusive programme that lets women enjoy netball at a walking pace with slightly tweaked rules, whatever their age or fitness level. More than 200 programmes run all year round across the country, usually indoors in leisure centres and community venues, led by specially trained Walking Netball Hosts, and over 40,000 women have taken part since the programme began. Sessions are weekly and pay-and-play with no long-term commitment, and the social side, often including a cup of tea and a chat afterwards, is as important as the activity itself. Enquiries are handled via England Netball's online contact request form or head office on 01509 277850.
