Youth Community Sessions
ABOUT THIS PROGRAMME
Sport in Mind's after-school Youth Community Sessions provide a fun, supportive and inclusive environment where children and young people can get active, build confidence and connect with others. Through multi-skills sports activities, team games and wellbeing-focused exercises, participants develop their sporting abilities while learning practical ways to support their physical and mental health. Sessions run in small groups of 10-12 at community venues, including Rivermead Leisure Centre in Reading. To sign up, complete the form on the programme page or email youth@sportinmind.org.
